AUTUMN SHOW

SATURDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER 2026


Another dry summer but hopefully your gardens have managed to have some colour and the vegetable patches provide some produce.

The Autumn Show is approaching with our normal classes:

Otherwise come to look round from 2.30pm and have afternoon tea.



SARRATT HORTI AGM - NEW DATE


Please update your diaries the AGM will now be held on Wednesday 28th October at 8pm in the Village Hall.


GOLDINGTONS


Sue and Richard very kindly offered a visit to Goldingtons on Friday 8th May to see the gardens and specifically the Alliums.

Our members and friends had a great day with amazing views over the valley.

COTON MANOR

 

A group of over 40  Sarratt Horti members and friends travelled to Guilsborough near Northampton on Thursday 2nd May to see the garden of Coton Manor.

It was not just the gardens which were spectacular but also the wildlife, the house and the water features.

Many thanks to our Chair, Jennifer Haynes for organising such a great outing.





SUMMER  POP UP TRADING STALL


On Saturday 30th May our pop up trading stall found its way to the Sarratt Community Shop and Cafe.  

A very busy day with a lot of donations of plants which were all sold (with a few tomato plants selling over the next few days outside the shop).

A very popular event and we raised over £300 for local charities.



RHS GARDEN ENTRY DISCOUNT CARD


A reminder that we have a discount card entitling SHS members to 50% of 2 adults at the following RHS gardens - Bridgwater, Harlow Carr, Hyde Hall, Rosemoor and Wisley.  It is not accepted for visits during flower shows or glow events.
